Pam MacCrae

Pam MacCrae has been part of the Darling’s Agency team since June 2018 and brings nearly four decades of experience in the insurance industry. As an Insurance Agent and Account Manager, Pam takes pride in helping customers find the right coverage while delivering friendly, dependable service every step of the way.

Before joining Darling’s, Pam gained a wide variety of life and work experience — from helping in her parents’ general store where she wore many hats (cashier, meat cutter, short-order cook, and bookkeeper) to taking on unique part-time roles like installing septic systems and maintaining local cemeteries. Her strong work ethic and willingness to jump in wherever needed reflect the same dedication she brings to her clients and team.

Pam’s first vehicle was a 1978 Pontiac Sunbird, and her dream car is a 1978 MG MGB Convertible. She currently drives a 2007 Honda CR-V — chosen for its reliability, which she values above all else.

Outside of work, Pam enjoys spending time with her family, including her twin sons, born in 2000, and her twin shepherds, born in 2015. Known for her sense of humor, practical nature, and deep industry knowledge, Pam is a trusted partner to her customers and a valued member of the Darling’s family.
